I currently serve as President of Profico Canada, where I work with business owners to solve customer challenges and unlock new opportunities for growth at the intersection of market development, technology, and digital enablement. Formerly an instructor at the Ted Rogers School of Management at Ryerson University (now Toronto Metropolitan University), I am recognized as a proven business leader with extensive international experience and a strong track record of identifying and developing profitable business opportunities for firms focused on creating stakeholder value.
A relatively "fresh" graduate, I completed a post graduate diploma in management research methods and earned a PhD (management) in 2014 for my research about the influence of social media on brand trust and the drivers of customer equity - namely: value, brand and relationship. I serve as a reviewer for the Journal of Marketing Communications where I am an acknowledged domain specialist for my research interest areas which include: the applications and theories of customer equity, marketing productivity, the influence of electronic word of mouth and strategic communication.
